For Patients

Quality Care for Each Individual

EOS exams provide doctors and medical professionals with a clear view of your musculoskeletal condition while keeping your dose of radiation As Low as Diagnostically Acceptable (ALADA). Our imaging technology provides high-quality images and accurate 3D measurements used by physicians to make clinical decisions and develop treatment plans for your unique medical needs.

The EOS platform adds value to each step of the patient care pathway, from diagnosis to long-term follow-up. Ask your doctor if EOS solutions can support your journey to care.

Patient Benefits

EOS exams aim to minimize radiation exposure for all patients, whether it’s a single exam, or ongoing imaging to monitor a medical condition.

EOS exams deliver high quality images and a complete view of your medical condition, allowing your doctor to make informed clinical decisions and guide treatment.
EOS 3D models and surgical planning applications provide visualization of your skeletal anatomy, allowing your doctor to individualize care and communicate the treatment strategy.

Patients we serve

Physicians choose the appropriate imaging exam based on many factors, including the anatomy of interest and the symptoms presented by the patient. EOS exams are used to diagnose, plan treatment and monitor various skeletal conditions, including those affecting your spine, hip, knees, and lower limbs.
Spine
Pediatric Orthopedics
Hip & Lower Limbs

EOS exams provide a complete view of your spine and 3D visualization when needed, allowing physicians to diagnose, plan treatment, and monitor your condition over time. EOS Advanced Orthopedic Solutions are particularly useful for planning various spine surgical procedures using 3D software.

EOS exams use groundbreaking imaging technology to reduce radiation exposure, uniquely suited to pediatric patients who are more susceptible to the harmful effects. Low dose 2D/3D imaging systems provide fast, safe and comfortable imaging exams for children.

EOS exams provide complete assessments of the entire lower limbs for understanding alignment and anatomical considerations for lower limb conditions and degenerative wear-and-tear osteoarthritis. Our Advanced Orthopedic Solutions can support your physician in planning treatment for total hip replacement using 3D software.

- EOSedge
- sterEOS workstation
and to the following medical devices:
- EOSapps refer to hipEOS and spineEOS

Outsourced 3D modeling uses the FDA cleared sterEOS workstation and does not provide diagnostic or treatment recommendations. The 3D information proposed by outsourced 3D modeling is limited to the intended use of the sterEOS workstation. The sterEOS workstation is intended for use in the fields of musculoskeletal radiology and orthopedics in both pediatric and adult populations as a general device for acceptance, transfer, display, storage, and digital processing of 2D X-ray images of the musculoskeletal system including interactive 2D measurement tools. When using 2D X-ray images obtained with the EOS imaging systems, the sterEOS workstation provides interactive 3D measurement tools.

Please read carefully the labeling provided with the devices.
